Cloisters Bike Ride 7th May 2012
The fourth annual Cloisters Bike Ride on 7th May 2012 offers cyclists of all levels and experience the chance to enjoy the leafy and quiet lanes of West Kent. Our organisers have been riding these lanes for twenty years, and have pooled their knowledge to offer three routes (44, 23 and 13 miles) that avoid heavy traffic and trunk roads. The ride is ideally located, just 5 minutes from the M20 / M26 intersection and within easy access from London.
Based in Kent’s beautiful North Downs, you will ride through charming villages linked by ancient lanes sometimes dropped between steep chalk banks, worn by centuries of foot and animal traffic. If you haven’t cycled for a while, dust off your bike, blow up the tyres and join us for a wonderful day out
